Yes — a personalized greeting card is free with every order. On the product page, simply add the recipient's name and your message before you click Add to Cart. We'll handwrite it exactly as written and tuck it inside the kit.

Yes — it's exactly why we started. Our founder went through cancer treatment three times and designed every item around the realities of long treatment days and hospital stays: cold rooms, bright lights, constant noise, and gowns without pockets.

Many customers choose The Sleep Kit for chemotherapy and treatment days, and The Hospital Kit for surgery and longer admissions.

Flowers wilt quickly, and many hospital units don't allow them at all. A practical care package gives your loved one things they'll use every day of their stay — and long after they're home. Every item in our kits was chosen because it solves a real problem patients face in hospital.

No problem — every item is just as useful for recovery at home. Many customers order for exactly this reason.

Absolutely. Many of our kits are sent as group gifts from coworkers, teams, family and friends. For larger or corporate orders, or hospital and wholesale partnerships, please contact us and we'll help.

Yes. You'll find Getwell Goods at The Sinai Shop at Mount Sinai Hospital, and at Toronto General and Princess Margaret Hospitals (UHN) in Toronto. In-store availability can vary, so we recommend calling ahead.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. With Shop Pay, eligible orders can be split into four interest-free payments.

Orders ship within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed after 12 pm on Friday ship first thing Monday morning. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

We ship to all Canadian provinces. At this time we're unable to ship to P.O. boxes, or to the Yukon, Northwest Territories or Nunavut.

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $50 — including both The Hospital Kit and The Sleep Kit. For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Delivery times depend on your location and whether you choose standard or express shipping. You'll see the available options and estimated delivery times at checkout.

Yes, in most cases. Before ordering, please check with the hospital that they accept deliveries for patients, and include the patient's full name and unit or room number in the shipping address. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help confirm.

If you're in Toronto and need your order sooner than express shipping allows, place your order before 12 pm and contact us right away. We'll do everything we can to get it there faster.

Our 24-Hour Slippers come in two sizes (US measurements):

• Small / Medium: Women's 5–9.5, Men's 6–8.5
• Large / XLarge: Women's 10–12.5, Men's 9–13

If you're between sizes, we recommend Large / XLarge for a more relaxed fit.

The Hospital Kit ships in a protective box measuring 21 × 13.25 × 5.75 inches. Inside, everything is neatly packed and easy to carry to the bedside.
