Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship to all Canadian provinces. Please note, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.
Can you deliver to hospital rooms?
Yes, in most cases we can! Please first check with the hospital to ensure they accept deliveries for patients. As well as contact us to confirm.
What does it cost to ship?
FREE standard shipping is available on all orders over $50!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It takes 1-2 days to process and ship orders. We’re a small team, but we know how important quick deliver is, so we move as fast as possible!
Arrival times vary depending on location and whether standard or express shipping is selected. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday ship first thing Monday morning.

What is the size of the Hospital Kit?
Your Hospital Kit is shipped in a protective box measuring 21" x 13.25" x 5.75". Inside you'll find all the items neatly packaged in the easy-to-carry laundry bag.

What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us, but for health reasons, we can not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order is damaged upon delivery, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours at hello@getwellgoods.ca Please also include your order number, along with the photos and a detailed description in your email.
