If you or the recipient of your Getwell Goods purchase are not satisfied, please get in touch with us to arrange a refund or replacement.

If your order is damaged upon delivery, take photos of the damage and contact us within 24 hours at hello@getwellgoods.ca

Please also include your order number, along with the photos and a detailed description in your email.
